Votre mission consiste à orchestrer l'installation des équipements pour l’enregistrement des participants (imprimantes, iPads, routeurs) et de l'infrastructure Klik. Véritable expert(e), vous conseillez nos clients sur la configuration de la plateforme et de l'application mobile Bizzabo tout en assurant une expérience d'enregistrement fluide pour les participants. As an Onsite Event Technician, you are the cornerstone of technology deployment at Bizzabo events. Your mission is to install the onsite check-in equipment (printers, iPads, routers) and the Klik infrastructure. As a subject matter expert, you advise our clients on Bizzabo platform and mobile app configurations while ensuring a seamless check-in experience for all attendees. An ambassador for Bizzabo excellence, you play an important role in onsite client relations with a clear objective: to transform every onsite deployment into a success that exceeds expectations.

This is a freelance, on-demand contract position, and the term is tied to the duration and completion of the event.

CE QUE VOUS AVEZ

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en événements en personne, idéalement au sein d'une agence ou d'une entreprise de production événementielle.
  • Connaissance des défis opérationnels des événements et compréhension de ce qu'il faut pour exécuter des opérations sur site impeccables.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais.
  • Capacité à bâtir des relations solides avec les équipes d'affaires et les clients.
  • Faire preuve d'initiative et adopter une approche proactive pour lever les obstacles et faire avancer un projet.
  • Sens aigu du détail et excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à soulever et transporter régulièrement des boîtes et des équipements (ex. : jusqu'à 23 kg / 50 lb) sur différents sites d'événements pour le montage et le démontage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Execute deployment using Bizzabo and Klik technologies, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for on-site production services and operational best practices.
  • Set up, configure, deploy, and test Klik wearables, tracking technology, badge printers, and Bizzabo dashboards both before and during events.
  • Provide real-time hardware and software support to clients to resolve any technical issues.
  • Maintain high service standards through responsive and reliable event delivery.
  • Travel: Primarily within North America with occasional international travel.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in in-person events, ideally within an agency or event production company.
  • Deep understanding of operational event challenges and the requirements for executing flawless on-site operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal business teams and external clients.
  • Proactive mindset with the initiative to remove obstacles and drive projects forward.
