Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Creative Video Producer to lead the development and production of multimedia content supporting an Equity Research / Financial Markets business. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on video production skills with creative storytelling, motion graphics, post-production, and emerging AI-powered multimedia technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end video production from concept, scripting, storyboarding and creative development through post-production and final delivery.
  • Create video and audio content including analyst videos, interviews, podcasts, conferences, marketing campaigns and social media content.
  • Develop creative treatments, visual language and storytelling frameworks in partnership with Marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Create and integrate motion graphics, animation, titles and visual effects.
  • Manage video editing, color correction/grading, sound design, audio mixing and final delivery.
  • Operate and understand broadcast camera and professional audio setups.
  • Improve production workflows, tools and content methodologies to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-powered video production and multimedia technologies.
  • Maintain high creative, technical and brand-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, agencies and freelancers.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in video production, creative content, broadcast, multimedia or agency environments.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Adobe After Effects
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Audition
  • Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Video editing and post-production expertise.
  • Broadcast camera and audio production experience.
  • Strong visual storytelling, creative development and content strategy skills.
  • Experience with AI video / AI-powered multimedia tools.
  • Experience managing agencies and freelancers.
  • Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, branding and current creative trends.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Motion Graphics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
