Job Description :
  • This job requires candidates to interface with customer and negotiate demands. As an AI Architect in a customer-facing role, candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions for customers, ensuring that they meet their business objectives and deliver tangible value.
  • Candidate should have a product mindset and need to work closely with customers to understand their requirements and Design/Architect and Develop solution that leverage AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers both offshore and onshore, to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. The candidate should lay product roadmaps and represent team in onshore connects.
  • Candidate is expected to explore & implement latest technologies & algorithms wherever applicable. Responsibility also involves architecting AI Platform capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and ideate/Design/Architect and develop AI solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the benefits and value of AI solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to ensure that AI solutions are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and techniques, and share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with customers to identify new business opportunities and provide guidance on AI strategy and implementation.
  • Design and implement AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and computer vision applications.
  • Develop data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and data validation processes to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.

Skills : (Minimum 12+ years in IT )
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions to customers.
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering value through AI solutions.
  • Strong experience of custom Entity Recognition, custom embeddings, transformer models like BERT, GPT, T5 etc.
  • Experience on Question Answering systems, text summarization, knowledge graphs is must
  • Hands on experience working on noisy text like OCR, Speech to Text, Scene text
  • Experience working on language detection, mix languages would be added advantage.
  • Should have created/worked on data labelling tools, frameworks, and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience using ML frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, MxNET, Caffe and Keras.
  • Use of Spacy, NLTK, Gloves, RegEx etc is expected as well.
  • Experience to develop & deploy production grade NLP & ML models is a must.
  • Experience in Agile based development methodology.
