Je wordt het lokale IT-aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management in de regio Sint-Niklaas. Naast dagelijkse ondersteuning speel je een belangrijke rol in een grootschalige locatieverandering en verschillende IT-migraties.
Wat ga je doen?- Leveren van 1st- en 2nd-line support binnen kantoor- en productieomgevingen.
- Beheren van gebruikers, toegangsrechten en devices via Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID en Intune.
- Ondersteunen van Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online en Windows 11.
- Installeren en troubleshooten van laptops, thin clients, scanners, printers en industriële labelprinters.
- Ondersteunen van Windows Server, DFS en virtuele omgevingen zoals VMware en Hyper-V.
- Meewerken aan hardware refreshes, site moves en migraties van lokale opslag naar SharePoint Online en Teams.
- Registreren en opvolgen van incidenten en service requests in TOPdesk.
- Verbeteren en standaardiseren van de Service Desk volgens ITIL-principes.
- Samenwerken met internationale IT-teams, leveranciers en lokale stakeholders.
Je bent een communicatief sterke en hands-on IT-professional die zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je combineert ruime ervaring in IT support en IT Service Delivery met een goede kennis van:
- Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory en Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Intune en endpoint management

- ITIL, incident management en Service Desk-processen
- TOPdesk of een vergelijkbare ITSM-tool
- Hardware lifecycle management, IMAC en asset management
