Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Exchange (on-prem & online), ActiveSync, IIS, Active Directory, and Windows Server
  • Monitor server performance, run diagnostics, and manage failover processes
  • Perform and support mailbox migrations and Exchange upgrades
  • Troubleshoot messaging-related issues across applications and teams
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution, including environment restoration
  • Administer hybrid and cloud environments across multiple Azure AD tenants
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 configurations and policies
  • Administer and support Exchange Online deployments
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance policies (e.g., data retention)
  • Support the Microsoft 365 messaging environment in the cloud
  • Utilize PowerShell for administration, automation, and reporting
  • Develop scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency
  • Lead Exchange / Microsoft 365-related projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Exchange (on-premises and online)
  • Experience managing hybrid Microsoft 365 environments
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Server
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Experience with mailbox migrations and Exchange deployments
  • Knowledge of Intune and/or AirWatch MDM solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex messaging and infrastructure issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working across multiple Azure AD tenants
  • Background in enterprise environments with high availability requirements
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale Exchange / M365 projects
