Job description

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Keep the line full of cases of empty bottles, oriented correctly at all times.
• Cut the bands off of the pallets of empty bottles.
• Remove and stack neatly all cardboard liners.
• Stack the empty pallets neatly on the floor at the two discharge points of the conveyors.
• Maintain neat, accurate, written records of all pallets of empty bottle cases ran during your shift. Forward the records to the Production Office after your shift.
• Communicate effectively with the forklift driver.
• Keep area neat and orderly
• During periods of downtime, clean your equipment and sweep the floor.
• Adhere to Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP’s and safety.
• Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant.

o The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time whether that be sitting or standing
o The employee must be able to use fingers to constantly operate a computer or other type of office equipment

o The employee must be able to visually detect, perceive, or recognize in near and far distances

o The employee may occasionally be required to bend, crouch, or crawl in tight knit spaces, such as under desks to make equipment connections
o The employee may occasionally have to climb ladders and be exposed to heights (i.e.: rooftop)
o The employee may occasionally lift/carry items as heavy as 60 pounds
Must be able to lift up to 12 lbs. at a repetitive level of 11 times per minute for periods of up to twelve hours.
Must be able to handle up to 80 lbs. wood pallets.
o The employee must be able to work outside in various weather conditions (i.e.: rain, snow, heat)
