Position Summary:
The Political Science & Criminal Justice Department in the College of Behavioral & Social Sciences is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2026-27 academic year. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.
Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum education requirement for this lecturer appointment is a graduate degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, International Relations, or Public Administration, and teaching experience.
Responsibilities:
Lecturer positions in the department carry responsibilities in the areas of teaching. Teaching assignments are based upon qualifications of the individual and the needs of the department.

The Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice offers undergraduate degrees in political science (including options in legal studies and international relations), criminal justice, and public administration, as well as Masters degrees in political science and public administration.
