Virtual Assistant For Real Estate Consulting

MUST HAVE SALES AND REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE AND BE ENERGETIC AND ENTHUSIASTIC!

We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us provide outbound calling for our real estate consulting clients. Specific training is provided, but experience working as an ISA or outbound call specialist is a MUST. The focus of this role is having conversations with leads and setting appointments for real estate agents.

Tasks of the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Calling new leads
  • Nurturing old leads
  • Setting appointments
  • Producing reports
  • Attending mandatory training
  • Managing Follow Up Boss accounts

Skills:

  • Excellent grammar
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Growth mindset
  • CRM experience a plus

    • Compensation: $4/hour for 40 hours a week (FULL TIME) Weekly payout via Transfer Wise

    Technical requirements:

    • Internet - at least 15 Mbps with a backup wired internet connection
    • Laptop or PC - at least i5 7th gen with 8GB of RAM and Windows 10 OS
