Department : Parts
Reports to : Parts Manager

Position : Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.

Responsibilities :

  • Selling and accurately looking up the large portfolio of parts we offer to customers over the counter and providing necessary parts to the service department and placing special orders.
  • While supplying customers with timely, and accurate information regarding accounts products rates and services offered;
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person with customers parts needs.
  • Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders; completes orders by communicating with customers on pick-up or delivery status
  • Locating and obtaining merchandise for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked merchandise
  • Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to Supervisor
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays, keeping showroom shelves stocked and organized.
  • Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
  • Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Experience:

  • Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)

PBE will provide in house training to build necessary skills and continuing education.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
