Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Position Summary: The Cycle Counter will be an essential position to execute all inventory control functions by understanding locations for all materials, performing cycle counting functions as directed by Inventory Analyst in accordance with the requirements of Pueblo to enable control of materials and locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of and processing cycle counts as directed in accordance with KPI requirements.
  • Recommend ways to improve the inventory control function.
  • Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze existing business processes and logic that impact inventory throughout the company through personal observation and user interaction.
  • Understand material processes during performance of duties and identify risks and offer solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
  • Meet performance expectations with limited supervision in accordance of standard work and in line with the unique dynamic of the IC department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Inventory Control, Quality, or Audit Service would be beneficial although not required.
  • Ability to perform multiple counts per day in line with requirements for inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • Work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Able to effectively communicate issues effectively through written hand and orally.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years' experience in inventory, distribution and/or operations would be beneficial.
  • At least 1 year core experience with Trane.

Base PayRange (for Colorado Residents): $22.50 - $26.29 minimum to maximum
