The Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of healthcare products across the organization. This role drives product lifecycle management from concept through launch and optimization, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational growth goals.The Product Manager serves as the central point of accountability across cross-functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Job Duties
  • Product Strategy & OwnershipDefine and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to organizational prioritiesTranslate strategic goals into prioritized product initiatives, features, and enhancementsConduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunitiesDevelop and present business cases, including financial modeling, pricing, and ROI
  • Product Lifecycle & ExecutionOwn end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and optimizationManage product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization across competing initiativesEnsure proper product implementations hand off, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards
  • Regulatory & Compliance Ensure all product designs, benefits, and materials comply with CMS, state, and federal regulationsPartner with Regulatory to support filings, audits, and regulatory reviewsIntegrate regulatory requirements into product design, timelines, and operational workflowsStay current on evolving healthcare regulations and assess product impact
  • Continuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify and drive process improvements across product developmentEvaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancementsSupport innovation initiatives aligned to digital health, value-based care, or benefit design

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years product management in healthcare, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • 2 years Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or ACA products
  • Product strategy & roadmap ownership
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Stakeholder influence and executive communication
  • Understanding of healthcare regulatory environment (CMS, state filings)
  • Financial and business acumen

Additional Qualifications

    Physical Demands
    Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
