GoMining is building the next generation of the Bitcoin economy.

Our infrastructure powers one of the world's largest Bitcoin mining ecosystems, operating industrial-scale data centers that support millions of users globally.

We're looking for an experienced Head of DC Operations to lead our data center operations across Texas, ensuring maximum uptime, operational excellence, and continuous infrastructure improvement.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with operational management, team leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities Data Center Operations
  • Own day-to-day operations across Bitcoin mining data centers in Texas.
  • Ensure maximum uptime, operational stability, and performance across all facilities.
  • Develop and improve operational standards, processes, and KPIs.
  • Monitor operational health and proactively resolve issues affecting production.
Infrastructure & Maintenance
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Ensure efficient operation of power, cooling, networking, and mining infrastructure.
  • Coordinate hardware deployment, repairs, replacements, and capacity expansion.
  • Drive continuous improvements in infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop local operations managers, technicians, and maintenance teams.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
  • Build scalable operational processes as the organization grows.
  • Foster a strong safety-first and performance-driven culture.
Operational Excellence
  • Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Improve equipment availability, energy efficiency, and maintenance planning.

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Procurement, Finance, and Product teams.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale data center, industrial, or critical infrastructure operations.
  • 3+ years leading operational teams in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling, networking, and hardware operations.
  • Experience managing multiple teams, vendors, and operational KPIs.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel between data center locations when required.
  • Fluent English.
