Job Summary:

As an Entry-level Engineer, you will have the exciting opportunity to kick-start your engineering career by contributing to real-world projects, gaining hands‑on experience, and collaborating with a team of skilled professionals. If you are a recent graduate seeking practical exposure, our roles offer a chance to enhance your engineering skills while making a meaningful impact on our ongoing projects.

Design and Development:

  • Assist in the design and development of electrical circuits, systems, and products using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer).
  • Support the development of schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure electrical design requirements are met.

Testing and Analysis:

  • Perform basic electrical calculations and analysis to ensure design integrity and compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of prototypes and final products.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the design and testing phases.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Assist in the creation of technical presentations and project status updates.

Project Support:

  • Work with senior engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of electrical components and systems.
  • Provide support during the manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure product quality and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer).
  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, signal processing, and power distribution.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience:
  • Internship or co‑op experience in an electrical engineering role is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., IEEE, NEC).

Location: San Jose, CA

Travel: Limited Travel up to 10%

The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

This role is also eligible for performance‑based bonuses, equity participation, and a comprehensive U.S.-based benefits package, including:
