Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of sourcing, production, and compliance professionals across multiple locations, driving accountability through clear goals and consistent coaching.
  • Build organizational capability through strategic hiring, succession planning, and embedding BOLD culture principles across the function.
  • Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment that aligns Production & Sourcing with broader Apparel business objectives, breaking down silos to accelerate decision-making.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing vendor scorecards, performance review cadences, and internal development frameworks that elevate team and partner performance.
  • Partner with Design and Merchandising to build seasonal production calendars that support go-to-market timelines, ensuring fans receive product on time and at the quality they expect.
  • Drive Technical Design fit, construction, and quality consistency across the portfolio so every product delivered to fans meets Fanatics' standards.
  • Ensure all vendor facilities meet social compliance standards and advance responsible sourcing practices, reinforcing the brand integrity fans trust.
  • Partner with the Sustainability team to make measurable progress on responsible sourcing targets in materials, production, and factory energy use, delivering on the values that matter to today's fan.
  • Define and execute a multi-year global sourcing strategy across all Apparel categories, identifying emerging manufacturing regions and partnership models that create competitive advantage.
  • Stay ahead of geopolitical, trade, and market trends to proactively mitigate supply chain risk and capitalize on new sourcing opportunities before they become table stakes.
  • Lead vendor segmentation and rationalization efforts to build a nimble, high-performing supply base that flexes with product complexity and shifting commercial priorities.
  • Champion lead time reduction initiatives through process streamlining, material pre-positioning, and improved vendor readiness, compressing speed-to-market without sacrificing quality.
  • Own the departmental P&L and budget for sourcing and production, delivering against annual cost savings targets and driving margin improvement through disciplined FOB/LDP cost negotiations.
  • Oversee the full production lifecycle from raw material procurement through finished goods delivery, holding the organization and vendor base accountable to on-time, in-full performance.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on supply chain KPIs, risk exposure, cost performance, and vendor health, translating operational complexity into clear, actionable insight.
  • Partner with Finance and Planning on cost modeling, margin analysis, and raw material forecasting to ensure sourcing decisions are grounded in financial rigor and aligned to business targets.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in apparel production, sourcing, and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior director-level role overseeing large-scale, multi-category vendor portfolios.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute global sourcing strategies across Asia Pacific, Southeast Asia, Central/South America, and other key manufacturing regions.
  • Demonstrated track record of negotiating complex manufacturing agreements and delivering consistent year-over-year cost improvements.
  • Deep expertise in wholesale apparel business models, with the analytical capability to drive data-driven decisions using supply chain metrics, cost modeling, PLM, and ERP platforms.
  • Experience building and scaling social compliance, ethical sourcing, and sustainability programs across a global supply base.
  • Exceptional ability to translate business objectives into actionable sourcing and production roadmaps, influencing cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Merchandising, or a related field
