Are you looking for an opportunity to lead the development of modern software platforms that directly impact national defense and advanced training systems? As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across the entire software stack-from intuitive user experiences and scalable backend services to cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. You'll work closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to define technical direction, mentor developers, and build high-quality software that solves challenging real-world problems.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems that support high-performance, mission-critical applications.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Drive software architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and conduct technical design and code reviews.

  • Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces while ensuring maintainable, testable, and reusable code.

  • Design and optimize data models, persistence layers, and application integrations.

  • Champion software quality through automated testing, code quality practices, and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor engineers through technical coaching, architecture guidance, and career development.

  • Partner with DevOps engineers to ensure applications are designed for reliable deployment, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
