ON SITE – 5 days, Austin, TX
Full-stack applications in a microservices environment. Build modern user interfaces using JavaScript and React. Develop and enhance backend services using Golang. Click House experience building or supporting, Ticketing platforms, Case management systems, Enterprise workflow applications

You thrive in collaborative environments, are comfortable working across the full stack, and proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and product quality. You bring innovative ideas, embrace modern technologies, and enjoy making a meaningful impact beyond day-to-day development. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications in a microservices environment. Build modern, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and React. Develop backend services and APIs using Golang. Work with SQL databases, Elasticsearch, and system integrations. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Modernize existing platforms, reduce technical debt, and recommend technologies that improve quality and efficiency. Required Qualifications 5 years of software engineering experience. Strong full-stack development expertise. Advanced JavaScript skills (Vanilla JavaScript preferred). Golang experience or ability to ramp up quickly. Strong SQL and database fundamentals. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases. Experience with Elasticsearch, microservices, and Kubernetes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable contributing across both frontend and backend development.
