Minimum 7 years of experience in supportive housing, homelessness services, behavioral health, housing operations, or related human services environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\nMinimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising teams, managers, or multi\-site housing operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\nExperience working within Permanent Supportive Housing, Housing First, trauma\-informed care, or harm reduction service models.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\nExperience supporting vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness, behavioral health conditions, substance use disorders, or housing instability.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
