Job description

Purpose:

We are seeking a Freelance Replay Operator to join our team and assist in overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of projects within the organization, with a focus on broadcasting live sporting events and managing the Production Control Room. The Freelance Replay Operator will work closely with senior management to ensure that goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is not a full time position, and individuals will be asked to support our team on a per game basis.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide live replay sports productions.

  • Ability to work as solo operator on smaller shows or within a group of operators on larger shows.

  • Help setup and test multiple replay devices as needed.

  • Work with producers during the week to prepare content for broadcasts.

  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple productions from a pre-production standpoint simultaneously.

  • Work with on-air talent to discuss ideas and content for broadcasts.

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required

  • 2-3 years experience working in a live broadcast environment

  • Proficient in all replay devices, specifically Envivo and EVS

  • Working knowledge in Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.

  • Willing and able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

  • An avid sports fan, specifically soccer.

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
