Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    Support senior EM & FX traders with daily responsibilities and medium-term projects
    Learning trading intricacies of FX and EM markets in preparation of market making trading role. 
    Help develop quantitative tools and models to optimize trading, reduce risk increase profitability
    Manage trade bookings, fixing positions and cumulative desk risk
    Engage in pricing and hedging of EM and G-10 FX & EM Rate derivatives. 
    Work closely with the sales team to develop the efx and voice client franchise. 
    Quantitative Analysis - systematic analysis of client flows to build trading strategies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have: 
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Eng, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
    1-3 years relevant experience within MARK; sales or trading functions preferred
    VIE experience is highly valued
    Facile with internal SG systems such as Xone, SGM, Vulcan, Trading Suite preferred 
    Highly collaborative, team player within multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams
    High achievers driven to exceed expectations, with the highest personal standards
    Demonstrated ability to build relationships within a large organization 
    Must pass FINRA Series 7, Series 3 and Series 63 licensing after commencement of employment
