For over 10 years, The Mozaic Company has been manufacturing outdoor cushions and pillows in Texas.  We are growing and need more skilled craftsmen to add to our team in Arlington.  We are looking for sewers, upholsterers, fulfillment, material handlers, and pattern cutters for full time employment.  We offer a fun and casual work environment with competitive pay, vacation time, and sick pay after 6 months. There are also opportunities for paid overtime during peak seasons.  Signing bonus paid over the first 6 paychecks.  We offer flexible hours, health coverage, opportunity for advancement, and a safe and fun workspace.  Employment sponsorship will be considered for the right candidates.  The Mozaic Company is part of the Lane Capital Partners family of brands.

Job Description

In the Pattern Cutter position you will be responsible for measuring and cutting fabric patterns for cushions and pillows.  Being able to read and fully understand English is a requirement.  Comprehension of basic math and measurements is also required.  Willing to train.  Previous experience in sewing, pattern cutting, apparel manufacturing, leather cutting, bedding manufacturing, carpentry, or other skilled trades a plus.  Apply in person at 1101 Avenue G, Arlington, Tx 76011 or call Roger at (972)386-3332 to schedule an appointment.
