Are you an expert in organizing and coordinating ad campaigns and creative projects? Do you love working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team? Desjardins Group is currently looking for an advertising production coordinator to join its Creative Operations Management Team. Maybe you're the candidate we're looking for! The Creation Department aims to support initiatives associated with the Desjardins Group marketing plan to create and produce ad campaigns and content intended for personal and business members and clients, and to draw attention to the Desjardins brand across various channels. We are known for our creativity, team spirit and collaborative approach. Reporting to the Creative Operations Management Team Leader, you'll leverage your coordination skills to support our internal creation team with the production process. You'll collaborate with various members of the marketing teams to oversee the coordination of task assignment while ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met. You'll work with your team on different assignments, including content creation, social media and ad campaigns. You'll also be responsible for coordinating and implementing graphic design and copywriting tasks and projects with external collaborators such as freelancers and service providers. You'll analyze and understand the needs of internal partners, provide them with advice and seek out different external solutions at your disposal. You'll be the main contact person of our external design, copywriting, and audiovisual service providers and follow up on projects to ensure all deadlines, budgets, schedules, and graphic standards are met. You'll interact with various collaborators from complementary sectors. Strong organization and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. You'll be required to:

  • Coordinate all steps of the team's graphic design and copywriting production process.
  • Use our project management tools to communicate with our internal collaborators.
  • Organize and host follow-up meetings with the production teams.
  • Oversee work assigned to freelancers for design, copywriting and audiovisual services.
  • Propose solutions to optimize processes and maximize production efficiency.
  • Handle quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Make sure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Be the main contact person for internal and external collaborators during production.
  • Follow-up on projects in a diligent manner and manage priorities effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with creative experts (producers, designers, copywriters, etc.).
  • Make recommendations to improve production processes.
  • Keep up with advertising trends and new production methods.

What you bring to the table
