Why the Installer is important to Bright:

The Installer directly impacts the success of setting up events and exceeding client expectations through quality work. As the Installer, you are responsible for ensuring event rental equipment is carefully installed and broken down safely and correctly. As the Installer, you will work closely with clients on-site and provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Safety isa  priority, and you must foster a safe work environment by using the appropriate PPE and following directions.


About You

Event set-up experience preferred

Extremely task-oriented, accurate, efficient

Problem solve and prioritize needs while on job sites

Ability to walk, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods

Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to "jump in and roll up his/her sleeves" to help others.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying on task and having attention to detail.


Your contributions to the Bright Team:

Participating in strikes at event venues

Installation of different-sized event tents

Installation of event furnishings in both indoor and outdoor events, including but not limited to event furniture, staging, dance floors, kitchen equipment, lighting, and draping.

Communicate with clients and team members professionally.

Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site

Loading and unloading trucks at the warehouse and on job sites

Ensure items are accounted for during delivery and pick-ups

Stacking, cleaning, and organizing inventory items on pallets and moving them to different locations when not loading

Load/Unload orders


Physical Demands and Abilities:

Ability to execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses and challenges of meeting deadlines

Open availability, including weekends and overtime as needed to meet the needs of the business.

Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.

Must adapt to different weather conditions and noise levels that may be from moderate to heavy.

Regularly lift and/or move objects 50-100 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus
