About the JobThe Full-Time Seasonal Installer supports event execution by loading, unloading, installing, and dismantling rental equipment at client locations. This hands-on role helps ensure event products are handled safely, set up accurately, and ready before guests arrive. Each shift begins at a Bright warehouse, where Team Members meet their crew and prepare for assigned events. Transportation between the warehouse and event sites is provided, and driving is not required for this position. Work schedules vary based on event needs and may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
What You’ll Do
  • Load and unload rental equipment from company vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Install and dismantle event products such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, dishware, and custom pieces
  • Follow event plans, setup instructions, and direction from crew leads
  • Confirm equipment is placed correctly and handled carefully at client locations
  • Assist with equipment pickups and returns after events
  • Guide Drivers during vehicle movement, backing, and parking when assigned
  • Protect rental products from loss or damage during loading, installation, and removal
  • Communicate professionally with clients, crew leads, Drivers, and other Team Members
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, tools, and event sites
  • Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
  • Support warehouse, loading, and other installation needs based on the event schedule

  • Comfortable performing hands-on work in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Physical capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Availability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry equipment for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on event needs
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures, setup instructions, and crew direction
  • Ability to begin and end assigned shifts at the designated Bright warehouse
  • Comfort traveling with the installation crew to different event sites during the workday for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on seasonal needs
