  • Technical Leadership:

    2. Select and manage ETL tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, SAP BODS, Tableau, Unix, Oracle, SQL Server).
    3. Monitor and optimize ETL job performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
    4. Oversee data quality checks and validation processes throughout the ETL pipeline.
  • Project Management:
    1. Lead ETL projects from initiation to deployment, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
    2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for ETL initiatives.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data analysts, business users, database administrators) to ensure data integration needs are met.
  • Team Management:
    1. Mentor and guide ETL developers on technical best practices and problem-solving.
    2. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
