Duties / Responsibilities: Leads and directs daily construction operations on active build sites, overseeing volunteer crews and Future Homeowners through all phases of residential construction, from framing through interior finishes. Translates construction plans into safe, organized, and productive work assignments, ensuring each build day advances the project schedule. Oversees jobsite logistics, including material deliveries, inventory control, tool management, and staging to ensure workflow efficiency and minimize downtime.

Inspects and verifies the quality of work performed by volunteers and subcontractors, ensuring structural integrity, energy-efficiency standards, and long-term durability expectations are met. Tracks and verifies Future Homeowner sweat equity hours in accordance with program requirements. Communicates consistently with leadership regarding schedule progress, site needs, safety concerns, and resource planning.

Fosters a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and servant leadership while representing Habitat's mission on every build site. Must be willing to work Tuesday - Saturday to support volunteer days. Performs other duties as assigned.
