We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Center Technician 1 to join our dynamic team in Ashburn, VA, 20147. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our data center operations. Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain data center equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on servers and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Document all maintenance activities and updates in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for data center operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Qualifications
