For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.

Job Description
As a Senior Business Data Analyst, you will support warehouse operations by transforming data into actionable insights that improve performance and efficiency. You'll collaborate with site leadership and key stakeholders to build dashboards, implement standard tools, and support data-driven decision-making. In addition to core analytics work, you'll have the opportunity to lead projects across multiple sites, support site startups, and act as a point of contact for analytics community initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Full development of Power BI including data visualization and back-end data model design
  • Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and drive improvements
  • Implement and maintain standard reporting tools for the site or sector
  • Assist various functional teams (HR, Finance, etc.) with customized analytical solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for Power BI-related questions and analytics community initiatives
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to promote data literacy and tool adoption
  • Manage analytics projects independently and across multiple sites
  • Design and implement data pipelines (ETL) from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources
  • Apply Python, R, or other analytics tools to enhance reporting and automation
  • Stay current with modern data analytics trends and apply best practices to improve processes
  • Support site startups as needed by implementing analytics tools and reporting frameworks

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience, required
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, required
  • Extensive experience using SQL or other scripting languages (such as Python or R) to query, clean, and transform data, required
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports from scratch, required
  • Proficiency in writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports, required
  • Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources, required
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and modern analytics trends, required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, required
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects, required
