Job description

Overview

Develops creative concepts and designs consistent with brand identity standards established by the Marketing Services Department.

Produces integrated marketing campaign elements and publications from concept through completion for print, web, video and digital presentation.

Collaborates with clients and marketing service team members to deliver design solutions that meet strategic, budgetary, and scheduling goals.

Supports organization and metadata tagging of photography within the College’s digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure efficient access and brand consistency.

Supports Visual Content Specialist in photography and video needs when required.

Requests, reviews, and recommends vendor quotes for print, and other production services; coordinates with internal printshop and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Stays current with design, marketing, and technology trends and recommends new tools, practices, and innovations.

Uses industry-standard design software and project management platforms to produce, track, and deliver work.

Assists in coordinating work from freelance designers, photographers, and agencies as needed.

Ensures all deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards across print and digital platforms.

Supports project timelines and ensures internal and external deadlines are met.

Performs related duties as assigned.
