You may also diagnose and repair issues with personal computers, internet systems, local area networks (LANs), and wide area networks (WANs). As a freelance computer technician, your responsibilities include finding clients and managing your workload. You may oversee emergency repairs of computers and systems as well as performing routine maintenance to preserve data, create data backups, and train workers on new programs or equipment.

Experience is not necessary, paid training will be provided, though pest control and heat treatments experience is a plus having a pest control license is a HUGE BONUS.

This is a full time position, the schedule can vary based on jobs booked. The shifts are usually 8-11 hours typically, but about half of that time is sitting in the truck occasionally monitoring, with opportunity to read, play video games, nap, even to work a computer-based freelance job.

This is not your typical labor job; it requires precision, problem-solving, and a dedication to obtaining excellent results.

For the right people who are willing to work hard, we offer a commission for additional effort. We establish a base line for revenue, attained from a normal work week which will be 4 jobs a week. We then calculate the effort of our techs and when it exceeds a normal work week, they will get into a commission. Example we likely have 40K a a month target for gross sales, but you work hard all month and book $50K in business. You get a % cut of the $10k in revenue over and above the expected run rate. We have had techs work hard and book $60K in a month.

Must have clean driving record and background check. Experience driving a truck and trailer is a plus. Expect to drive 30 min to 1.5+ hours to jobs. The work area will be primary Montgomery County, Howard County, Fredrick County, Carroll County. (based on volume of jobs we may expand this).
