Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.## **Hybrid - Charlotte, NC**## **Job Description**5–7 years of professional experience in data engineering, marketing technology, or identity infrastructure**2+ years of hands-on experience in a data clean room environment — LiveRamp Clean Room (Habu)**strongly preferred; InfoSum, AWS Clean Rooms, or Google Ads Data Hub also consideredDemonstrated experience authoring clean room question logic and/or UDFs within publisher-constrained query models (not just ingestion/ETL work)Strong SQL proficiency; experience with privacy-safe aggregate computation patterns (group-by minimums, noise budgets, suppression rules)Familiarity with identity resolution concepts: deterministic vs. probabilistic matching, RampID or equivalent persistent ID linkage, match rate optimizationExperience building and maintaining data pipelines on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure); Python or Spark for transformation workWorking knowledge of data privacy regulations relevant to financial services or regulated industries (GLBA, CCPA, state-level equivalents)The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100000 to $130000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
