Role Description

The Selling Specialist at Credo Beauty will be responsible for educating customers about Saie products, providing personalized recommendations, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. They will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining strong product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

The role involves creating an engaging and personalized shopping experience, assisting with training and event support as needed, and providing makeup application services. The Selling Specialist must be comfortable and confident applying makeup and conducting makeup appointments scheduled by the store. Makeup appointments will take place on Fridays from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM.


This is a part-time, on-site freelance role with two positions available; one Selling Specialist supporting Credo Newbury Street, and one Selling Specialist supporting Credo Beacon Hill location.


Position Details:

  • Locations: Credo Newbury Street and Credo Beacon Hill
  • Start Date: November 6, 2026
  • End Date: January 29, 2027
  • Schedule: Part-time, Fridays from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM required
  • Makeup Services: Must be comfortable and experienced applying makeup and taking store-scheduled makeup appointments
  • Represent Saie with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong understanding of the brand
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales while creating a welcoming and engaging customer experience
  • Support store events, trainings, and other brand initiatives as needed



Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members

• Professional experience applying makeup in a retail, salon, freelance, or artistry setting

• Customer service expertise and a passion for providing exceptional client experiences

• Proven ability in sales and achieving performance goals

• In-depth product knowledge and the ability to convey features and benefits effectively

• Experience with training or mentoring others is a plus

• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
