Real Chemistry is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across our Integrated Communications capability. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles within our PR and communications business, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract top talent across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology communications disciplines. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise within a PR agency environment and a strong understanding of the pharma and biotech communications landscape.
Contract Details: This is a full-time, temporary W-2 employment opportunity requiring approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting hiring efforts across Real Chemistry's Integrated Communications capability. Employment is intended to support current business needs and will continue based on business demand and organizational requirements.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding, across a variety of Integrated Communications roles.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to executive-level hiring managers and business leaders, providing strategic guidance on hiring plans, market trends, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber communications talent in a competitive market.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of PR and communications professionals with experience supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
  • Drive hiring processes with a high degree of organization, rigor, and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring teams and candidates.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining timely communication and efficient process management.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruiting efforts and talent attraction strategies.
  • Stay informed on healthcare communications industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive talent activity to proactively support hiring needs.
  • Leverage recruiting data and insights to identify opportunities, solve hiring challenges, and improve outcomes.

What You Should Have
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong track record of full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Prior recruiting experience within a PR agency environment is required, with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare communications talent.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across Integrated Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Patient Advocacy, Social & Digital Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare communications agency landscape and key talent competitors.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a highly process-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a freelance/contract capacity.
  • Availability to support the business in a full-time temporary capacity (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday).

Pay Range: $40.00-60.00 (hourly)
