The majority of communication and deliverables are managed virtually, offering flexibility and autonomy in your schedule. While working independently, you may also partner with other freelancers or teams for larger projects, and developing strong communication habits is essential for success. This variety of work enables ongoing learning and skills development, making freelance biology a dynamic and rewarding career path.
