RESPONSIBILITIES
- Place selected photography into layouts during photoshoots for immediate creative feedback
- Create quick mockups to ensure shots align with intended use and design standards
- Execute design layouts across print collateral, digital, and email assets for B2B and B2C audiences
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs
- Assist Retoucher with updates to textures, lighting, and color corrections as needed
- Collaborate closely with photographers, art directors, and the Creative Team on set and off set
- Prepare final design files for multiple distribution channels
- Implement quick revisions to meet deadlines and production needs
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Contribute to a professional, solutions-oriented, and positive on-set team environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Production, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional production artist experience in an agency or in-house creative/marketing team
- Proven background executing designs for print, digital, and mobile platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environments
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency on Mac platform in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong design aesthetics with a critical eye for typography, layout, and production techniques
- Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines with precision
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable making quick revisions and solving problems under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
