Job Summary:
Infojini Inc is a full service IT consulting, services, and staffing firm recognized as one of the fastest growing IT services and software development companies. They are seeking a Production Support role to provide technical support and optimize software performance for clients in the financial markets industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support to ensure the technical satisfaction of client Customers
• Design and deploy the solution’s architecture on production infrastructure to suit their scope of activity
• Develop and execute performance tests to guarantee best application performance
• Use standard profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks, propose and build solutions when required
• Identify performance bottlenecks to improve the product performance
• Deliver architecture and technical trainings for client Customers to leverage their level of support
• Develop expertise on different axes: OS, application design, implementation, hardware infrastructure, network, database servers
Qualifications:
Required:
• 0-5 years experience in relevant fields above
• Proficient in Unix Shell scripting, Java, C / C++, SQL and XML
• Problem solving skills
