Accelerated Radiology Technologist - to - CT Technologist Training Program

Our Radiology Technologist-to-CT Technologist Training Program is a 10-week training program sponsored entirely by HCA. Through this program, selected candidates with current Radiology Tech credentials will learn all the needed skills to advance to a certified CT Tech role through online didactic instruction as well as clinical experiences at the facility in which they are employed. This HCA-sponsored program includes all testing, fees, course and training materials. Current ARRT Credential and licensure as a Radiology Technologist in Texas are required for selection into the training program.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography credential
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer Certificate
  • Associate Degree
  • 1 year of experience in a rad tech role is preferred
  • Exceptions for new grads can be made for those who excelled academically and showcased excellent technical skills during clinicals
