Breaking Free Wellness & Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our vibrant team in Auburn, Washington. This remote position offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to tailor your schedule within a Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM framework. Our state-of-the-art digital platform provides an efficient and user-friendly interface for scheduling, client management, and teletherapy sessions. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with diverse clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Facilitate a supportive virtual space where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges and emotions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at their individual goals.
• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate mental health needs and formulate actionable, solution-focused intervention strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Your clients will include individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold an active, independent license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment.
• Experience in delivering teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with digital health tools and electronic health records is preferred.
