You will be supported by a full-time Admissions and Assessment team, allowing you to dedicate your time and efforts to the therapeutic process. Our virtual program maintains a focus on strategic scheduling, ensuring a consistent flow of clients who require your expertise.

Therapists at Renewal Mind will:

• Conduct engaging telehealth sessions with individual, group, and family clients, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss cases, share insights, and refine clinical skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all documentation is completed in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients, allowing for in-depth discussions and relationship-building with participants.
• Provide ongoing assessment and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

Our primary audience includes adolescents and young adults aged 12-25 who are seeking support for a diverse range of mental health challenges. Our clients often come with experiences of trauma, substance use disorders, and emotional distress, and our therapists are tasked with creating a safe environment where healing and growth can occur. By offering individualized care and focusing on developing strong therapeutic alliances, our clinicians make a significant impact in the lives of their clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• A valid, independent clinical license (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required, and we also welcome junior-licensed clinicians seeking supervision.
• Availability to commit a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or up to 40 hours for full-time W2 roles.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems for session management and documentation.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
• A willingness to participate in continued professional development opportunities, including access to free online CEUs.
