As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting empathetic, ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate effective individual therapy sessions.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Supporting clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment process and assisting them in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms.

Our primary focus is on serving stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns. The clients you will encounter often seek assistance with issues related to anxiety, depression, stress management, and transitional life phases. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping them develop the skills necessary for improving their overall well-being.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and active license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No limitations on license status; a clean disciplinary record is mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
• Proficiency in using technology and software for remote counseling services and documentation.

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse client populations and familiarity with teletherapy practices will be advantageous. Previous roles in community mental health settings are highly valued, as they will prepare you for the unique challenges and rewards of this position.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and work hours. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
