Vibra Diagnostic and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative telehealth practice based in Stamford, Connecticut. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health support to clients in a remote setting. As part of our team, you will assess clients, develop tailored therapeutic approaches, and work collaboratively to enhance their mental well-being, all while enjoying a work-life balance with a standard schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments.

This position is completely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. Our telehealth platform facilitates effective communication with clients and promotes a seamless workflow for documentation and client management. • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure stability.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, including therapy for anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify appropriate interventions.
• Document client interactions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any changes in client status, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Engage in individual supervision and participate in ongoing training sessions to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those grappling with various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. You will be positioned to make a profound impact on their lives through individualized therapeutic approaches, guiding them towards recovery and improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current, active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills that promote effective client interactions.

• A versatile background of experience with a varied patient population is preferred, allowing the counselor to adapt their therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote clinical practice is an asset that will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively.

The salary range for this therapeutic position is competitive, set between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
