Job description

Work Location:
This position is fully onsite and can be based at any of our corporate offices in Nashville, TN; Columbus, IN; Tempe, AZ; or Charlotte, NC. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
Salary Range:
$53,000 - $63,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Promotes the Centralized Recruiting Process by providing guidance to Store Managers on how to efficiently execute the program.
  • Sources candidates through various channels including, but not limited to, online job posting sites, job fairs, and career workshops.
  • Conducts virtual interviews via phone or video for Assistant Store Manager and Manager-in-Training candidates within an assigned region.
  • Actively manages background check results and updates recruiting systems daily to determine next steps for candidates.
  • Communicates with Market Managers when interviews are completed and coordinates second interviews as needed.
  • Facilitates internal job fairs and career workshops to promote employee engagement and career development.
  • Responds promptly to hiring and recruiting inquiries.
  • Contributes to HR team goals through the use of the ASANA task management system.
  • Manages full-cycle recruiting for non-store positions, including phone screens, background checks, reference checks, offer letter creation, onboarding support, and orientation as needed.
  • Participates in local college and university job fairs to support recruiting efforts.
  • Conducts new hire orientation sessions as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

To perform the duties of this position, the individual must be able to:
  • Communicate effectively with store managers, associates, candidates, and external stakeholders.
  • Work under tight deadlines, interruptions, and occasionally stressful situations.
  • Remain seated for extended periods and operate a computer for data entry and recruitment activities.
  • Maintain workspace organization, including accessing files and materials as needed.
  • Accurately view computer screens and use office equipment such as phones, copiers, and scanners.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, reach, and handle items of varying weights.
