The Opportunity

You will step into a vital field leadership position, guiding skilled electrical crews through high-stakes commercial and sophisticated medical facility builds. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Supervise and mentor on-site electrical field crews to guarantee high-quality installation execution and productivity.
  • Manage daily field operations in strict accordance with engineered blueprints, technical specifications, and medical building codes.
  • Coordinate material logistics, labor allocation, and task delegation to maintain aggressive production timelines.
  • Resolve real-time field installation discrepancies and structural obstructions to prevent costly project delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active and valid State of Texas Journeyman's License.

  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial construction safety workflows.
