Worland Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as a Hospitality Aide / Nursing Assistant (NA) In-Training. This position is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in healthcare. All applicants must have the desire and commitment to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), as CNA certification is required for this role.

We offer FREE CNA training at our center with eligibility to take the state certification exam upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents and nursing staff with daily support tasks

  • Answer call lights and transport residents

  • Serve meals and pass fluids/snacks

  • Maintain clean resident and storage areas

  • Stock supplies and assist with housekeeping duties

Requirements
  • Desire to become a CNA

  • Reliable and dependable

  • Able to pass a background screening
