Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Oversee and manage all project framing scope construction on site including all safety, PPE, QC, weekly sub meetings with General contractor, project related inspections, job walks, logistics, and all communication between subcontractors.
·        Review and verify construct-ability of plans and specifications with PM and subcontractors, review or initiate RFI’s against most current plans and specifications. 
·        Track and maintain project schedule and site construction per approved schedule with GC and subcontractors. Ensure subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers follow project schedule.
·        Schedule and coordinate delivery and install of all materials. Review, document, log on and check active jobs weekly to see what material has been delivered and outstanding.  Send in weekly material inventory list to PM. 
·         Assist in managing the material procurement for the job site.
·        Exhibit and show strong sense of care and concern for Owner/GC personal property at site (clean up, close windows/doors, lock up gates etc.)
·        Schedule and coordinate equipment delivery/pick up and service with PM and construction coordinator.
·        Maintain the flow of information and communication among subcontractors, G.C, PM from field to office. Ensure consistent communication is kept between client and Management.
·         Initiate and submit change orders and back charges to PM for approval and or review. 
·        Oversee and report on daily construction site operations and activities including pictures and daily reports.  Document and send all daily.
·         Attended sub meetings weekly to ensure that our company is on schedule for the 3-week look-ahead and to verify that all hot items in the field are being addressed. 
·         Perform site walk to verify safety regulations are per health and safety manual.
·         Obtain a forklift certification to operate heavy equipment if necessary.
