Job description

Hobby Lobby is seeking Retail Associates / Cashiers to assist customers, operate registers, and support daily store operations. Retail Associates are responsible for operating cash registers, processing cash and card payments, assisting customers with purchases, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, setting up displays, unloading deliveries, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Associates may also assist customers with locating craft supplies, seasonal merchandise, home décor, and framing orders. This position typically pays $14 to $18 per hour for part-time associates and up to approximately $18 to $22 per hour for full-time positions, with opportunities for holiday pay, overtime pay, and performance-based raises depending on position and location. Retail Associates are responsible for providing customer service, handling transactions, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, setting up seasonal displays, assisting customers with product questions, unloading deliveries, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. Employees must follow store customer service procedures, cash handling policies, and merchandising standards. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, employee discount programs, and opportunities for advancement into Department Manager or Assistant Store Manager roles.
