Role Description The Framer role is a contract, on-site position based in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, the Framer is responsible for constructing and assembling wood and metal framing for walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs according to blueprints and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and cutting materials, installing structural components, securing framing with appropriate fasteners, and verifying that all work is level, plumb, and square. The Framer collaborates with site supervisors and other trades, follows safety protocols, maintains tools and equipment, and helps ensure that work is completed on schedule and in compliance with local building codes.
