Commercial Construction Superintendent – Lead Regional Projects for S.R. Construction Services LLC


Job Overview:

  • Location: Orlando, FL (With Regional Travel & Out-of-Town Project Deployments).

  • Project Scope: Ground-Up Commercial, Industrial, and Complex Tenant Improvements (TI).
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid driver's license and OSHA 10.


The Opportunity:

You will serve as the premier field authority driving execution from mobilization through closeout across a diverse, high-visibility commercial portfolio. This role empowers you to take full ownership of major jobsites while leading skilled subcontractors in a high-performance culture. You will have the backing of advanced project tools and a strong national pipeline built for long-term career growth.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct all field operations, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain aggressive project schedules.
  • Enforce strict OSHA standards and lead site safety meetings to maintain a compliant jobsite.
  • Verify all executed work aligns precisely with engineering plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Drive sequencing, look-ahead schedules, and daily production targets to keep projects on track.
  • Manage precise daily logs, photos, and project documentation within Procore.
  • Coordinate complex site logistics, equipment deployment, and incoming material deliveries.
  • Serve as the primary field contact for project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up commercial or complex tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong technical proficiency utilizing Procore software for field administration.
  • Valid driver's license and absolute willingness to travel for regional deployments.
  • Current, verifiable OSHA 10 certification.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possession of an active OSHA 30 certification or advanced safety training.
  • Experience managing industrial construction project sequencing and specialized builds.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
