Job Description Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Overview: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. This role is responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with organizational goals, driving measurable growth, and strengthening overall brand presence. The CMO will manage cross-functional teams, oversee vendor/agency relationships, and ensure all marketing efforts deliver impact and consistency.

Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-channel marketing strategy across TV, OTT/CTV, radio, outdoor, print, digital, email, SMS, and social platforms. Oversee paid and organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube to increase engagement and brand visibility. Provide creative and brand direction for campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital assets, print materials, video, and outdoor creative.

Manage cross-functional marketing teams and external partners to ensure accountability, efficiency, and high-quality output. Direct community initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships that expand brand reach and enhance credibility. Incorporate AI-driven tools to improve content creation, campaign development, reporting, and social execution.

Guide organizational growth by consulting on best practices in marketing strategy, optimization, and performance tracking. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ROI measurement for all marketing initiatives. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive leadership in marketing, with expertise across both traditional and digital channels.

Proven success in developing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns. Strong background in social media strategy, brand management, and audience engagement. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies.
