Job description

About AppJaxx

AppJaxx is a rapidly growing marketing agency that partners with marketing firms, franchisors, business brokers, and B2B service providers to help them scale through LinkedIn lead generation, appointment-setting systems, and automated CRM workflows. By combining data, technology, and strategy, we deliver predictable and sustainable growth for our clients.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Chief Development Officer to lead our growth strategy, expand strategic partnerships, and drive long-term business development initiatives that fuel scalable revenue.

Position Overview

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s overall growth and expansion strategy. This executive leader will focus on revenue generation, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and new business opportunities to accelerate AppJaxx’s national and international growth.

The ideal candidate is strategic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented—someone who understands how to identify opportunities, build high-value partnerships, and create scalable systems that drive sustainable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s long-term growth and business development strategy.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with marketing agencies, franchisors, business brokers, and B2B service providers.
  • Drive new revenue streams through innovative service offerings and market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead high-level sales strategy and oversee enterprise-level deal negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align growth initiatives with delivery capacity and client success.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and industry opportunities to inform expansion strategy.
  • Build and manage a business development team focused on performance, accountability, and scalable growth.
  • Establish key growth metrics and KPIs to monitor revenue performance and expansion goals.
  • Represent AppJaxx in high-level meetings, partnerships, and industry events to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure development initiatives align with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.
