Job description

NDT Inspector
We are looking for a NDT Inspector to join our Shelby team!
As our NDT Inspector you will, perform Non-destructive Testing (NDT) per Company procedures including Magnetic Particle (MPI) and Fluorescent Penetrate (FPI) inspections, including pre-inspection cleaning and post-inspection preservation, on a variety of fabricated or purchased components, or finished products using special purpose tools, instruments, and equipment. Determine and execute the most effective methods, sequences and procedures necessary for assigned NDT activities. Create and record MPI Techniques and gain approval from responsible NDT Level 3. Work from regulations, Codes, Standards, drawings and specifications where general data may require some interpretation. Maintain minimum Level 2 certification in FPI and MPI. Perform weekly, monthly and annual testing of equipment as required by specifications and interpret and record test results.

Hourly Range: $25.38 to $35.00
